Same-Day & Short-Notice Movers on the Emerald Coast
Need movers today or this week? When a crew is free, we take same-day jobs across every service we offer: moves, deliveries, rental-truck loading and junk runs, from 30A to Destin and Fort Walton Beach. It depends on the schedule, so call (850) 842-1962 as early as you can and we'll tell you straight whether we can make it.

How to get a same-day move
Call, don't fill out a form. The quote form is right for moves a week or more out, but a same-day slot gets decided on the phone. A real person answers (850) 842-1962 day or night, and the first question is simple: is a crew free today?
Have four things ready: both addresses, roughly how much is moving (a few items, a room or a whole home), stairs or an elevator at either end, and any building or HOA rules such as a certificate of insurance. Those decide whether a free crew can finish the job today.
What we can do on short notice
Same-day service covers all of our services when we have availability: local moves, deliveries, U-Haul and rental-truck loading, junk removal and the rest.
Short notice this week is the more common call: a PCS report date near Eglin or Hurlburt (military moves), a closing that moved up, a lease that ended early, or another mover who cancelled on you.
Same-day costs the same
Same-day jobs cost the same as any other day: no markup. Our published hourly rate, 2-hour minimum and drive time apply as on any job. Here is how we keep hourly honest.
Why we never promise a same-day slot
Because a promise we can't keep is worse than an honest no. Same-day depends on whether a crew is free, and the owners are the crew. If today doesn't work, we'll say so on the call and give you the earliest time we can.
Rain on move day
We work in the rain unless it would put your things at risk, and we check with you before anything is decided. More in our rain and hurricane-season guide.
