Stairs matter — a top-floor unit in Miramar Beach with no elevator is a different job than a single-story in Freeport. Packing is the other lever: a fully packed, labeled home loads fast; a home we pack ourselves adds time but saves your back and your dishes. Specialty items — pianos, gun safes, bronze work, oversized furniture — take extra hands and care, and we plan those into the estimate up front.
